SLEEP'N is formed by a group of professionals dedicated to hotel management, the financial sector and legal consultancy.
With extensive experience in different fields, they have developed their professional careers in banks, Ibex companies and large hotel chains such as AC and Vincci Hoteles.
Gonzalo founded SLEEP`N Atocha in 2016 and has more than 20 years of experience in hotel management.
He worked for seven years in the Vincci chain in the management of several 4* and 5* hotels in Spain and in the first Spanish hotel in New York.
He has also worked as a consultant in the design, planning and development of various national and international hotel projects.
He has given classes and lectures at business schools and universities such as; ESDEN, ESCP, UAM, UCM and at the CSHG.
Gonzalo holds a degree in Hotel Management from the CSHG in Santiago de Compostela and has completed his training at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and Cornell University, NY.
Gorka has more than 15 years of experience in the management and revenue management of different 4* hotels.
He worked in the hotel management of AC Hotels by Marriott and in several independent hotels.
In addition, he has worked for 3 years as Revenue Management Manager for 35 hotels in the AC Hotels by Marriott chain.
He has been a trainer for managers and Heads of Reception of the same chain.
Gorka holds a degree in Hotel Management from CSHG in Santiago de Compostela.
Julia has more than 20 years of experience in Accommodation Management and Hotel Revenue Management.
She worked for 7 years in senior positions at Accor Hotels Spain, and later in hotel project development consultancy at local, national and international level.
She has been director of Beonprice Academy for 4 years and since 2014 she has been a lecturer at business schools such as ESDEN or universities such as URJC and UCAM.
Julia has a degree in Hotel Management from the CSHG in Santiago de Compostela, a degree in Humanities from the USC and a Master in Tourism Destination Management from the UOC.
